  Filers who want to complete Forms 5500 or 5500-EZ using a pen or typewriter must use the official government-produced forms. These paper forms - and the instructions - can be ordered either by selecting this link to the IRS' Web site and completing an on-line order form, or by calling 1.800.TAX-FORM (1.800.829.3676) between 7:00am and 10:00pm Monday through Friday.
